EVANGELISM MINISTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Share the message of the gospel each week in the city with a strong volunteer base and adapt the approach to different audiences and contexts.
- Engage ministers in evangelism and provide support for their efforts.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions on evangelism.
- Align evangelism efforts with the overall vision and mission of MOTLH.

WORLD HARVEST MINISTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organise and execute local and global missions
- Evangelize the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ
- Identify, establish, equip and train ministry partners for missionary work.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive missions strategy aligned with MOTLH’s vision and values.
TEAMS INCLUDE
- Local Missions Team and Global Missions Team.
PARTNERSHIP MINISTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with our partners to support our various mission activities.
- Communicate with partners to provide them with up to date information.
- Support partners by ensuring ministry benefits due them are given.
- Provide the needed care and support for our partners.

PEOPLE CARE MINISTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage onboard and integrate new ministers in the ministry
- Manage minister expectations and work schedules
- Manage Ministers xPerience (MX) - training and development for ministers.
- Ensure wellness of ministers social needs, mental health, spiritual growth and emotional health.
TEAMS INCLUDE
- Ministers Onboarding Team, Wellbeing Team, Ministers xPerience Team
SERVICE SUPPORT MINISTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, develop and execute empowerment services.
- Facilitate transitions between elements of the empowerment service.
- Ensure preparedness and excellence in empowerment service presentations.
- Collaborate with ministers to create impactful empowerment experiences.
TEAMS INCLUDE
- Protocol Team, Welcome Hosts, Setup & Teardown Team
- Sound & Technical teams
ADMIN MINISTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage communications, produce weekly program and announcements.
- Facilitate checkpoint meetings, manage ministry calendar.
- Manage events incl. retreats, revival, flagship programs, services.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
TEAMS INCLUDE
Admin & Reporting Team, Event Management Team, MX Support Team,
MEDIA MINISTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, schedule and execute media projects to high standards.
- Manage MOTLH’s online presence on social media platforms and website.
- Integrate media elements to enhance worship experience.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of media equipment.

- Social Media Team, Video Editing Team, Graphic Design Team & Photography Team
finance MINISTRY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage transactions in bank and MoMo accounts and provide financial projections, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, banking activities and financial transactions, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation.
- Count weekly offerings and ensure it is handed over to relevant team who will also ensure the offering is deposited at the bank.

- Tellers & Banking Team, Accounts and Bookkeeping Team
EXPECTATIONS
To join our team of ministers you must have a deep personal faith in Jesus Christ, passion for sharing the gospel and a heart for lost souls. You must pray daily, read the Bible daily, be very serious about your spiritual growth and punctual in all gatherings. You must be able to build and maintain relationships, be a good communicator, listener and problem solver.
You would be expected to attend the following meetings
- Weekly Pre-Service Prayer Sessions – The purpose of this meeting is for MOTLH ministers to gather together to pray in preparation for the evening service. This is held each Sunday from 4:15pm to 5:00pm.
- Weekly Checkpoint Meetings – The purpose of the meeting is for ministry leads to give an update on progress with work, review identified issues and agree tasks ahead. This meeting is held in person and via teams (where needed) on Fridays 10:00am to 11:00am.
- Monthly Ministers xPerience (MX) – The purpose of this meeting is praying, share testimonies, leadership training, skills building, vision casting, commission new works and celebrating successes. The meeting is held on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 9:00am – 12:30pm.
